Job Summary The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for generating leads, promoting RedDot Assist’s virtual assistant services, building client relationships, and supporting the company’s overall sales growth and brand visibility. This role combines sales outreach, client acquisition, digital marketing support, and market development. Key Responsibilities Sales Identify and reach out to potential clients, including entrepreneurs, professionals, startups, and SMEs. Present and promote RedDot Assist’s virtual assistant services to prospective clients. Handle sales inquiries, discovery calls, follow-ups, and client presentations. Prepare quotations, proposals, and service packages for potential clients. Convert leads into paying clients and help achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain and update the sales pipeline, lead database, and client records. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Marketing Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation. Manage and support content creation for social media, website updates, email marketing, and promotional materials. Help promote the company’s services through online and offline channels. Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, trends, and customer needs. Identify partnership, networking, and business development opportunities.

Provide clear and accurate information related to basic technical concerns. Assist in troubleshooting common technical and system-related issues with guidance and training provided. Maintain and manage multiple email and call inquiries efficiently. Work closely with team members to improve support processes and customer satisfaction. Follow up with customers to ensure concerns are properly resolved. Requirements: Education: Newly graduated students or high school/college graduates are welcome to apply.
